At Bear House India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24-48 hours via our logistics partners.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
